Research On Low-Carbon Development Strategy Of Baichuan Energy Co.,Ltd.

The year 2021 is the first year of the 14 th Five-Year Plan,during which the Central Economic Work Conference attaches great importance to carbon peak and carbon neutral work.As the world’s largest economy,China’s domestic consumption of large amounts of coal resources has also caused serious pollution to the environment,and the task of energy conservation and emission reduction is urgent.Although the optimization of the energy industrial structure has promoted energy conservation and emission reduction,the overall characteristics of extensive economic growth in China have not been fundamentally changed.Economic growth is still based on huge energy consumption,and green and low-carbon economic development needs to be further promoted.The energy industry is of great significance to ensuring the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy and the stability of people’s lives.As a large domestic enterprise in the field of energy supply,the research on low-carbon development strategy is a sustainable development path for Baichuan Energy Co.,Ltd.to cope with domestic and foreign economic development,political requirements and its own development.This paper selected Baichuan Energy Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the relevant literature review,elaborated the necessity of the research work of this paper,and elaborated the rationality of the research work of this paper through theoretical review.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the low-carbon development of Baichuan Energy Co.,Ltd.,this paper formulated the alternative strategy of the company’s low-carbon development.Based on the actual situation of the company and the overall idea,principles and objectives of the company’s low-carbon development,the overall strategy suitable for the company was selected from the alternative strategy and the support of the subdivision strategy was formulated.At the same time for the implementation of the company’s low-carbon development strategy to develop safeguards.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The internal and external environment facing the company’s low-carbon development strategy is generally positiveThe company’s low-carbon development strategy is supported by national policies and local industries;The continuous growth of China’s domestic economic environment is conducive to the implementation of the company’s low-carbon development strategy;The company’s low-carbon development strategy is in line with the social and cultural environment where people aspire to live a low-carbon life;The Chinese government’s emphasis on low-carbon technology has increased and made progress.Through internal environment analysis,it is found that the company has made some innovations in natural gas energy saving and utilization technology and low-carbon storage and transportation technology,but in the low-carbon core field,the key technology is relatively lacking.The company is rich in low-carbon resources,but the equipment has high energy consumption and low energy efficiency,so the employees’ awareness of low-carbon needs to be strengthened.(2)Selection and implementation of low-carbon development strategy of Baichuan Energy Co.,LtdThe company’s overall strategy includes low carbon intensive growth strategy,low carbon diversified business strategy,low carbon energy innovation strategy and low carbon culture cultivation strategy.Among them,low carbon intensive growth strategies include conventional gas market penetration segmentation strategy and conventional gas market development segmentation strategy;Low carbon diversified business strategy includes low-carbon industry related diversified segmentation strategy and natural gas product diversified segmentation strategy;Low-carbon energy innovation strategy includes a variety of low-carbon technology research and development segmentation strategy and innovative contract energy management segmentation strategy;The low carbon culture cultivation strategy includes constantly shaping the low carbon culture subdivision strategy and cultivating the low carbon production culture subdivision strategy.(3)Guarantee measures for the low-carbon development strategy of Baichuan Energy Co.,LtdThe guarantee measures for the company’s low-carbon development strategy should focus on actively obtaining the support of low-carbon policies,building low-carbon human resource management and improving the employee performance evaluation mechanism.
