From Mass Production to Just-In-Time production, and Lean Production, the development process is production concept integration; the purpose of this paper is the enterprise can making right action when the outside environment changing, so the manufacturing system development must satisfy the production development.This paper adopt the method of theory combined with practice, applying with Industry Engineering theory of work study, method study and improvement heuristic balance method, make reference of the latest achievement of industry engineering field recently years, based on the high pressure blower production problem impacting the assembly line balance, explore the assembly line balance solution, try to find easy way to solve this problem, achieve a satisfied result.Simulation technology is very useful tool for production operation evaluation and production line design, this paper based on the analysis of high pressure assembly line, the simulation model was introduced, assessing and optimizing the assembly line operation performance with WITNESS software before the production was set up, and this method can improve the production line design quality and efficiency.Then the research result was applied to the high pressure blower assembly design and improvement, the heuristic balance method and simulation model which proposed in this paper was verified. The performance indicating: these methods can improve the work station balance, and increase production capacity and efficiency.
