In recent years,with the development of digital mine construction,the engineering change management of coal mine construction is facing great challenges.Engineering change is an important risk factor that affects the construction objectives of the project.The traditional project management mode and method has been difficult to meet the needs of engineering change management of large-scale digital coal mine construction.As an information integration platform in the whole life cycle of engineering construction,building information modeling(BIM)provides a new insight for engineering change management of coal mine.Besides,the shafting and drifting engineering is the main project of the coal mine construction,which has the greatest impact on the overall benefit of the project.So,the effective engineering change management of the shafting and drifting engineering is of great significance.Based on the above research background,the main research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the influencing factors system of coal mine engineering change is constructed.Due to the lack of research data in this field,this thesis combines text mining and the grounded theory to identify the influencing factors of shafting and drifting engineering change in coal mine construction.Through text mining and analysis of a large number of engineering change data,the interview outline is formulated.On this basis,in-depth interviews were conducted with experts in the coal industry.A tremendous amount of interview data were collected,and a text database was formed by integrating the data collected in the process of field research of coal mine construction.Based on the analysis of the text database with the grounded theory,the thesis identifies 5 categories of 24 influencing factors of shafting and drifting engineering change,and constructs the influencing factors system.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the influence factors of engineering change management in coal mine.The interpretive structure model(ISM)is used to analyze the correlation of the influencing factors of mine engineering change,and the interpretive structure model of the influencing factors of mine engineering change is constructed.On this basis,through the network analysis method(ANP)to evaluate the influence factors of coal mine shafting and drifting engineering change,the importance weight of the influence factors of coal mine roadway engineering change is obtained,which lays the foundation for proposing BIM based change information management scheme and constructing BIM scheme application decision model.Thirdly,the engineering change management scheme of coal mine shafting and drifting engineering based on BIM is studied.According to the construction process of coal mine engineering,this thesis deeply analyzes the application value of BIM Technology in each stage of the project,puts forward the BIM scheme of coal mine engineering change management,evaluates the scheme by using the gray correlation analysis method,constructs the decision model of BIM application scheme of change management,and then puts forward the implementation process and measures of BIM scheme of coal mine engineering change management,Ensure the implementation of BIM plan.Finally,an empirical study is conducted on the change management scheme of coal mine roadway engineering based on BIM.Based on a coal mine project in Henan Province,this thesis makes an empirical analysis on the BIM application scheme of change management according to the actual construction needs of the project,and verifies the operability and feasibility of the scheme.There are 45 figures,40 tables and 99 references in this thesis.
