In recent years,increasingly serious effects of air pollution on human health has caused widespread concern.The western countries have studied the mechanism of atmospheric pollutants on human health and the relationship between air pollutants and related diseases.But in domestic,studies about this aspect is still in its infancy stage,we still need further explore.In this paper,Lanzhou city is the research site,there are two time periods of data in 2001-2005 and 2014-2016 years.In this paper,we study the effects of concentration of pollution characteristics of Lanzhou City,four different functional areas of direct pollutant and O3,and the relationship between O3 and the first pollutants concentration in Lanzhou city,as well as the effects of primary pollutants and the secondary pollutant on human's respiratory system diseases in different seasons,and on the basis of the above analysis,sensitive disease prediction models are established.In different seasons in Lanzhou,the effects of air pollutants on human respiratory system diseases are different,therefore,study in the four seasons can get more precise quantitative relationship between air pollution and human diseases,the results also have higher reference value.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.By analyzing the pollution data of Lanzhou city from 2014-2016,we found the air pollution in the four regional of Lanzhou city are serious,days of AQI index above the light pollution accounted for about 30% and the Xigu district is the most serious polluted area,the air quality in Yuzhong area is the best.The pollution characteristics of four areas of Lanzhou city are all in the form of twin peaks,the pollution is more serious in spring and winter,the second is in autumn,and the lowest is in summer.2.The characteristics of O3 in the four function areas of Lanzhou is significantly different,in Xigu area,Chengguan area and Qilihe area the concentration of O3 is higher in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.However,in Yuzhong area,the concentration of O3 is higher in autumn which is lower in the summer and winter.3.By using detrended cross-correlation analysis?DCCA?to study the relationship between O3 and its main precursors of NO2 and CO in four different regions of Lanzhou,and found in spring,summer and autumn,there is a positive correlation between O3 and NO2,and the values in Chenguan area,Xigu area and Qilihe area are pretty higher;and in winter,there is a negative correlation,and Yuzhong has the highest correlation.The correlation between O3 and CO concentrations are is negative in winter and spring,in summer it shows a positive correlation in the urban Chenguan area,Xigu area and Qilihe area,but in Yuzhong area it shows negative correlation.In autumn the correlation in Xigu area is positive which in Yuzhong area is negative.4.Analyze the impact of primary pollutants on human respiratory system disease by using the GAM model,and found daily admissions of respiratory diseases in Lanzhou is influenced directly more by air pollution in spring and winter.In winter,the changes of NO2 concentration influenced more on human respiratory system disease,when the concentration of NO2 increased 10?g/m3,the number of female patients' RR is 1.03?1.0051.055?,which is the highest.In spring,the impact of SO2 and NO2 on the human body is more obvious,when the concentration of SO2 increased 10?g/m3,people with respiratory system disease <60 are the greatest impact,the value of RR is 1.028?1.0111.046?;when the concentration of NO2 increased10?g/m3,female patients' RR is 1.05?1.009 1.094?.5.Analyzing the influence of O3 on human allergic rhinitis and chronic rhinitis found that the effect of O3 on allergic rhinitis is more significantly than chronic rhinitis and the effect is more significant in summer months than in winter months.In summer the effect of O3-8h on the number of male patients with allergic rhinitis is more significant,the RR is 1.034?1.0111.058?,RR of female with chronic rhinitis is1.021?1.0021.040?,which is bigger than male.6.Using the stepwise regression and support vector machine to analyze and predict the number of outpatients of allergic rhinitis and chronic rhinitis in different seasons.The results shows that the forecast results of allergic rhinitis are more similar to the actual in summer and autumn,and the forecast results of chronic rhinitis have big deviation to actual.The influencing factors of chronic rhinitis are more complex,and its sensitivity to changes in atmospheric environmental factors is not as significant as allergic rhinitis.
