Objective: The study aims to describe the distributions of air pollutants in Changchun. To analyze the correlation between air pollutants and respiratory system and circulatory system acute disease in urban area of Changchun City.To explore the impact of short-term exposure to air pollutants on the health of the population. To provide a reference for the development of scientific prevention and control strategies. Methods: The study collected first aid datas, air pollution monitored datas and meteorological datas from Changchun in 2014-2015.After Consolidating the datas, error logical detected and testablished of the database.Using the epidemiological descriptive approach,To analy the air pollutants, meteorological factors and first aid center admissions.Using spearman correlation analysis method to research on the association of ambient air pollutions and meteorological factors with respiratory and circulatory system acute diseases in the urban area of Changchun.Using the fitted COX model. To calculate the delayed effects of air pollutants on acute diseases at different times. Results: 1.The describe results of analysis,The amount of admissions in first aid was increasing about espiratory and circulatory system acute diseases in the urban area of Changchun during 2014 and 2015.More than 50% of older people.Female cases slightly more than male cases.Cold season?January-March and October-December?cases were higher than warm season?April-September?.2.The data of pollutants could relatively substituted population in Changchun exposure level for individual.Air quality contamination?AQI>100?days,the proportion of different periods is difference.there was Significant seasonal distribution.Warm season accounted for 13%,cold season accounted for 52%,cold season air quality worse than the warm season. In different seasons, the degree of air pollution there were significant differences. The PM2.5,PM10,SO2,CO,NO2 peak mainly concentrated in the winter and spring. The O3 seasonal distribution trend was opposite, there was a small peak in the summer and autumn.3.The study of PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2,O3 to respiratory acute disease showed that there was a lag effect on the over 64 years old peopel.NO2,SO2 on the male had lag effect. There was a lag effect of air pollution on the total respiratory acute diseases,SO2 had a lag effect on pneumonia.4.The study of air pollution on circulatory acute disease had found that the air pollutants have the most significant effect on the over 64 years old peopel.SO2?CO?NO2?O3 had lag effect on male.PM2.5?CO?NO2?O3 had lag effect on female.PM2.5,SO2,CO,NO2,O3 had hysteresis effect on the circulatory system acute disease.PM2.5,PM10,SO2,CO had lag effect on heart disease.PM2.5,SO2,CO,NO2 had lag effect on hypertension.PM2.5,PM10,NO2 and O3 had lag effect on heart failure.PM10,CO had hysteresis effect on acute coronary syndrome. Conclusion: 1.There was a association of ambient air pollution with respiratory and circulatory system acute diseases in the urban area of Changchun, with seasonal changes,Winter and spring were higher.2.Air pollutions had lag effect on espiratory and circulatory system acute diseases. There were different types of pollutants and the lag effect in different diseases, age groups and sex groups.3.Elderly is more susceptible by air pollution influention,Elderly is easy to get respiratory and circulatory system acute diseases.
