Coal is the main energy source in China.Coal Washing is an important way to realize the efficient utilization of coal and the most economical and efficient means of clean coal.The screening of Central Plain coal is the key link of coal washing in the coal preparation process,but the wet and sticky raw coal is washed in the actual production,which makes the screening of coal more difficult,it is easy to cause the blocking of the classification screen and the low efficiency of screening,which seriously affects the normal production and operation of the coal preparation plant.In order to solve these problems,this paper will break the traditional concept of vibrating screen,optimize the design on the basis of roller screen,and put forward the design idea of sine wave screen,in order to improve the screening efficiency of wet sticky coal,it solves the problems of hard loose layering and sticking and blocking the screen hole of wet viscidity raw coal,so as to realize the high efficiency screening of wet viscidity raw coal.After consulting relevant materials and literature,this paper investigates the actual use of raw coal screening equipment in Linhuan coal preparation plant,Suntuan coal preparation plant and Guobei coal preparation plant of Huaibei Mining Group,this paper analyzes the problems occurred in the operation of the equipment,studies the technical characteristics of various kinds of screening equipment in common use,and finally selects the roller screen as the prototype for optimization and improvement,and combines the common problems of screening equipment at present stage,building a prototype.At the same time,combined with the technical index of raw coal screening,through data calculation,the screen slice,power mechanism and transmission mechanism are optimized,and the design parameters are calculated and checked.In this paper,the basic parameters of the screening equipment are determined by theoretical calculation and the key parts of the equipment are analyzed by means of the application of solidworks simulation software,the dynamic analysis of the key mechanism of the equipment based on Adams software is carried out,and finally the theoretical calculation data are compared with the finite element analysis and dynamic analysis data,check whether the strength,stiffness and dynamic performance of the design can meet the actual use requirements.This paper,through the comparative tests of the screening of sinusoidal wave screen and circular vibrating screen under different coal quality conditions of Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant,Suntuan coal preparation plant and Wubei coal preparation plant,obtains the test data,and comprehensively analyzes the screening efficiency and effect of the two screening equipment,and obtains the conclusion of the test,and then verifies the rationality and feasibility of the prototype design.There are 52 diagrams,28 tables and125 references in this paper.
