As the key equipment of coal dressing,banana screen is widely used in size separation,removal of water and,mud,and iron powder.With the rapid development of China's coal preparation industry,more and more large capacity and efficient banana screen are demanded.Large-scale has become an inevitable trend in the development of banana screen,intensity and the rigidity of the structure of the machine is becoming more demanding,the reliability problems occurrences as a result of the large-scale development of banana screen.Taking banana screen BVB3661 as a research object,this article had carried on the analysis to the screening principle,working principle and structure characteristic in order to improve its capacity and efficiency.Theoretical and experimental modal was analyzed to improve dynamic characteristics of the machine.According to the theory of the motion of single particle,this thesis proposed energy method to analysis the motion characteristics of particles combining with the hierarchical rule in practical screening process,which provided effective reference for selection of the process parameters.At last,the process parameters of banana screen BVB3 661 were determined with the energy method.The structure of banana screen BVB3661 was design,and the side plate,beam,exciter gear were calculated in detail design.The side plate was strengthened,and its stiffness and strength in the horizontal and vertical was also strengthened;The cross beam was designed to the square beam structure to meet its working conditions;Based on the tooth surface fatigue strength and stress approximately follows lognormal distribution,the exciter gear was designed by reliability method.The dynamic model of banana screen BVB3661 was built,and the relationship between the amplitude and kinetic parameters of the screening machine was obtained by analyzed its dynamic characteristics in this paper.The dynamic parameters were also calculated.Modal Analysis and Harmonic Response Analysis were carried out by finite element method in this thesis.The result of analysis indicated that the working frequency was far away from the inherent frequency and the stress distribution was reasonable.Experimental modal testing was actualized on banana screen BVB3661 by SD150,and the result was compared with FEM.The result of modal analysis by FEM was verified correct through comparison.
