Shale shaker is the key solid control equipment in the solid control system.The varied-ellipse shale shaker has higher treatment capacity and separation effect that has attracted more and more attention in drilling circles,but harsh environmental conditions,long-term loads and alternate loads during the service process put forward higher requirements for performance and service life.So developing varied-ellipse shale shaker dynamic performance research to increase work dependability has great engineering significance and economic significance.This paper adopts the method of theoretical modeling development of program finite element simulation and experimental.By taking a type of varied-ellipse shale shaker motion,trajectory dynamic characteristics were studied in depth so as to guide for the design and optimization of shale shaker.The principal researches are as follows:1?Varied-ellipse shale shaker working principle motion trajectory was analyzed based on the analysis of the kinematic model,making a MATLAB computation program about kinematic parameters.Aiming at a type of varied-ellipse shale shaker structural,its velocity and acceleration were calculated and its motion trajectory was simulated as well.The results showed that the solid particle in the shaker going back would happen,the long axis angle of the ellipse at inlet is 94.5°and the throwing index is 14.9 g.Therefore,structure optimization is needed.2?Based on finite element,method is carried out on varied-ellipse shale shaker dynamic characteristics and experimental mode ?Finite element model of shaker was built up by means of ANSYS Workbench and some of the vibration modes and natural frequencies are obtained by such modal analysis,and as a result,harmonic response analyses were made.The first natural frequency is 6.5 Hz,which is far from the working frequency.Because of the reach order natural frequency far from excited frequency,resonance occurrence could not happen?The result of harmonic response analyses shows that the weak location are mainly focused on the connection between the front spring and side plate,and therefore the whole structure meets the strength requirement.Experimental modal analyzed shaker by hammering method,and the results showed that test frequency agrees well with the calculated frequency.The result of finite element modeling and simulation are proved reliably.3?The influence of phase difference angle,vibration force ratio and size,vibration exciter location,and other design factors were studied with vibration trajectory obtaining action law of every factor.The results showed that vibration force size?vibration exciter location and the angle between vibration exciter installation plane and the level surface have great effect on the vibration trajectory,providing references for subsequent structure improvement analysis.4?Structure is improved about the existing shaker after analysis,based on the change law of motion parameters,respective change of vibration force size,vibration exciter location,vibration exciter installation the level surface.The results show that the vibration trajectory is reasonable and fits for the requirements.According to engineering demand,vibration exciter installation limit position was discussed to avoid the solid particle in the shaker go back and throwing index inversion.In this paper,the study work can be used to guide the design of elliptical vibrating screens structure?avoiding resonance and increase of service life.
