Vibrating screen is a mixture of the untreated industrial particles, for dewatering,medium, desliming, sieving classification step screening sieving equipment that couldsatisfy the requirement of product quality. Widely used mineral processing, coal andother industrial sectors. Based on field investigation of vibrating screen operation andwork environment for vibrating screen structure in normal problems appeared in theprocess of screening material, dynamic analysis of vibrating screen series of screeningmachinery and structural mechanics analysis, put forward in this paper, theoptimization of the improved scheme, to extend the service life of vibrating screen andimprove screening work reliability is of great significance.The first part of this paper expounds the development of screening machinery, andthe vibrating screen series of screening is commonly used in mechanical developmentand research situation has carried on the detailed introduction. This paper adopts ahandan washing plant using BRU2448linear vibrating screen, for example, against theproblems in use process, the structure dynamics and mechanics analysis. The secondpart introduces the working principle of vibrating screen and the overall structure,establishing the mechanical model of vibrating screen and system vibration equation,lay a foundation for dynamic analysis of vibrating screen and mechanics analysis.Through3d entity modeling software PRO/E to BRU2448linear vibrating screen boxare assembled to simplify the modeling, analysis of screen box structure of thecombination of the relationship between each part.The third part based on the theory ofmulti-body dynamics, the movement simulation software ADAMS to BRU2448linearvibrating screen for dynamic simulation of virtual prototype, the simulation results,theoretical calculation and field test of vibrating screen box key point obtained fromthe velocity, acceleration and displacement of contrast analysis, studying whether sieveparameters meet the design requirements.The fourth part based on the theory of finiteelement method, finite element analysis software ANSYS was carried out on thevibrating screen box structure statics analysis and study of vibrating screen on thestress and deformation of the structure of the stop condition. The fifth part by using thefinite element software ANSYS BRU2448linear vibrating screen for structuraldynamic analysis, through the study of the modal analysis of the screen box, the natural frequency of the vibrating screen box compared with working frequencycontrol, according to the vibrating screen design requirements and user manual, avoidsieve sieve in actual screening work structure resonance occur. Through the study ofthe harmonic response analysis of screen box, vibrating screen under normal workingfrequency, screen box the distribution of stress concentration and structuredeformation.To sum up, in this article, through dynamic simulation analysis of the designparameter of the vibrating screen is reasonable, combining the actual site investigationof vibrating screen, linear structure statics analysis and structure dynamic analysis, theoptimization design was carried out on the screen box structure improvement.
