As consumers pay more and more attention to the quality of sleep,the intelligent mattress in the sleep market can solve the problem of sleep disorders to a certain extent and prevent the body from sub-health,which naturally attracts a lot of attention from consumers.Nowadays,the sleeping habits and needs of consumers are increasingly differentiated,and the sleeping scenes are more diversified.The realization of the intelligent function of the mattress can better meet the needs of consumers,adapt to different sleeping scenes,and create a more healthy living environment.However,the intelligent application level of most intelligent mattresses in the market at the present stage is low,which leads to problems such as weak intelligence of the product,low satisfaction with user feedback,poor user experience and low utilization rate of intelligent mattress function.Therefore,the thesis takes the comfort of smart mattress as the research object.First of all,through the study of the related theories of comfort and product intelligence,summed up the comfort characteristics of the smart mattress,comfort research in the related research methods,intelligent product design methods.Then the components of the smart mattress,the structure layer and the control layer of the various elements and their relations are deconstructed,the modules of the smart mattress system are analyzed,and the product structure,functional principle and implementation approach of the smart mattress are clarified.Based on this,the relevant factors of the comfort of the smart mattress are analyzed,and the product factors affecting the comfort of the smart mattress are summarized.Then,by means of desktop research and field research,user characteristics were analyzed from three aspects of user physiology,psychology and behavior,and on this basis,data collection and analysis were conducted through questionnaire survey to obtain initial user needs.The Kano model tool is used to evaluate and screen the demand attributes,and the final retained demand items are used to construct the demand hierarchy model of the smart mattress.Then,based on user needs,the evaluation index of smart mattress comfort is mapped,and classifying evaluation index attribute,constructs the hierarchical structure model of smart mattress comfort evaluation.Yaahp auxiliary software is used to determine the smart mattress comfort evaluation index weights.The last,the weighted scoring method is used to construct the evaluation model of the smart mattress comfort,and completed in the construction of evaluation index system of smart mattress comfort.In the end,in order to meet user requirements and the use of comfort as a starting point,smart mattress physical products and human-computer interaction interface design practice.The product design was evaluated and verified based on virtual simulation for comfort.Perform prototyping and design test tasks to the interactive interface,recruit target users for usability evaluation,and verify the feasibility of the design scheme.The thesis has 58 figures,26 tables and 82 references.
