The development of the Internet and the lazy economy have spawned the rise of the take-out industry.The take-away industry has brought great convenience to people’s lives,and it has also triggered a series of safety issues for the delivery riders in the distribution process.The reason is mainly due to the bad habits of the takeout rider,the single function of the hardware product used in the operation process,and the low level of intelligence,how to improve the behavior of the take-out rider,improve the quality of the product design,and solve the problems in the distribution process.The security issue is the focus and purpose of the research on this topic.In this paper,based on the theory of user behavior analysis,the method and process of behavior analysis of betrayal riders and smart helmet design are finally designed to design a smart helmet that can guide and improve the behavior of the take-out rider,aiming at improving hardware product quality,improving user behavior,and ensuring safe travel.Firstly,using the observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to summarize the characteristics of the outbound rider and related users,summed up the influencing factors of the delivery service of the delivery rider,and laid the foundation for studying the rider behavior in different scenarios in the distribution process.Secondly,user testing is performed on the basis of the user’s operation process to obtain the explicit demand of the take-out rider,use the observation method to collect information,use the scenario method to restore the delivery scenario,analyze the user behavior with AEIOU analysis model,and obtain the rider’s Implicit demand and translates into product design goals.Once again,analyze the existing helmets around the shape,function,technology,and operation behaviors,dig into the features and deficiencies of the products,and propose design starting points.Finally,we use the semantic difference method to collect product design requirements based on user requirements and product characteristics.We use factor analysis and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to screen design requirements and weights from qualitative and quantitative perspectives,determine priorities,and determine product priorities based on product design.The importance of the demand guides the specific design of the takeaway rider’s smart helmet.The user behavior analysis theory was used to analyze the influencing factors and user requirements of the delivery service of the delivery rider.The design direction of the smart helmet for the delivery rider was obtained,the product function was realized intelligently,the work efficiency of the delivery rider was improved,and the safety of the delivery rider was guaranteed..At the same time,the application of user behavior analysis theory in the design of takeaway rider’s smart helmet provides a reference for the design of related products.
