Open-pit mining is one of the main coal mining methods.Open-pit coal mines have many problems.Among them,the cost,environment and safety problems caused by the simple construction technology of transportation roads have always existed.In addition,the industrial circle centered on mines produces a large amount of waste to pollute the environment,which cannot be effectively solved.This article will use fly ash and slag in industrial solid waste as raw materials to build open-pit mine transportation roads,and provide new ideas for building an environmentally friendly industrial ecosystem centered on green and sustainable mines.This article introduces the road classification and basic structure and functions of open-pit mines.It analyzes the mechanical action of trucks on the road under different driving conditions and the stress characteristics inside the road.It is found that the transportation roads of open-pit mines generally have a certain inclination relative to ordinary roads.Withstand greater pressure;transportation strength and service life are much lower than ordinary civil roads,so the strength requirements for open-pit mine transportation road materials are higher,and the durability requirements are lower.The stress-strain curve of fly ash-slag geopolymer under uniaxial compression is similar to that of ordinary rock.After adjusting the mix ratio,the compressive strength can reach up to 25.78 k Pa,which can meet the requirements of open-pit mine transportation roads.In addition,the rapid road construction technology with cold recycling machine as the core can adapt to the production schedule of open-pit mines.After 7 days of in-situ sampling test strength in the construction test section,the road compressive strength is about 10 MPa,and it has passed the on-site vehicle rolling inspection,and the construction section There is no phenomenon such as dust,cracks affecting use,etc.,which can meet the use requirements of mine production and transportation.Geopolymers are used as road construction materials to meet the environmental protection requirements of mines.It is an environmentally friendly,efficient and economical road construction material for mines that is expected to be applied on a large scale in the future.
