| The application of Geopolymer Materials in open-pit mine for road reconstruction has become a future development trend,which can create huge economic benefits and environmental protection value for open-pit mine.However,at present,the relevant research on Geopolymer Materials in the context of open-pit road reconstruction has not yet involved the level of large-scale application.In order to realize the road construction of Geopolymer Materials in the whole mine,it is inevitable to face the road construction process problems such as how to build roads and coordinate the production and transportation of open-pit mines and the road construction of geopolymer,which urgently needs the theoretical research and guidance on the largescale application of Geopolymer Materials in open-pit mines.This paper comprehensively uses the principles of open-pit mining,open-pit line engineering theory,transportation engineering theory and other methods,and systematically studies the road construction technology of large-scale application of polymer materials in open-pit mine through the combination of theoretical derivation and numerical simulation.It analyzes the necessity of road construction in open-pit mine,puts forward the assumption of mechanized road construction scheme,and classifies the adaptability of road construction in open-pit mine,Different road construction techniques suitable for different types of roads are established;This paper puts forward the construction technology of full width closed road construction and half width closed road construction of unnecessary access road,and studies the position,width and construction mode of temporary retaining wall separating the road construction area and access road in the half width closed construction organization scheme;The closed road construction traffic organization schemes under single ring inner row and double ring inner row are proposed.The feasibility of the traffic organization scheme is verified based on the calculation method of road traffic density;The discontinuous construction scheme of necessary access road is proposed,and the functional zoning is carried out according to the different functions of the road construction area.Based on the principle of minimum cost method,the total cost function model of the road construction area is constructed,and the formula of the optimal length of the road construction area is deduced;The road network model of open-pit mine is established based on VISSIM software,the different types of road construction technology and the road construction scheme of the whole mine are simulated,and the variation law of transportation cost and efficiency under the influence of road construction is revealed;This paper analyzes two mining and loading modes of electric shovel in mining face,deduces the location of the end line of road construction area under different mining and loading modes,and obtains the spatial location of the end line of road construction;Based on the three climatic factors of temperature,daily precipitation and daily maximum wind speed,the distribution characteristics of road construction window period of South and North open-pit mines are studied,the differences of window period of North open-pit mines under different climate types are analyzed,and the road construction criteria in window period are put forward;Based on Webster’s time allocation model,the time allocation scheme of twoway one-way street in road construction area is proposed,and the formula of optimal signal period length and effective green light calculation formula are deduced;The traffic safety protection facilities in the road construction operation area are set,including warning and blocking facilities,temporary isolation facilities and night safety facilities,and the layout scheme of traffic safety facilities in the road construction operation area is displayed through graphics.To sum up,through theoretical research and simulation verification,this paper puts forward the road construction technology of large-scale application of Geopolymer Materials in open-pit mine,which provides theoretical guidance for large-scale road construction in open-pit mine.The thesis has 60 figures,24 tables and 83 references. |
