The transportation system of open-pit mine is a significant part of the whole production and transportation link of open-pit mine,and the transportation operation of open-pit mine is closely related to the production and dispatching operation of open-pit mine.In the transportation operation of open-pit mine,measures such as strengthening the management system of transportation road condition,optimizing the management scheme of transportation system and improving the utilization efficiency of transportation facilities can be taken to increase the overall benefits of open-pit mine.Therefore,the analyze and research on the road congestion of open-pit mine is an essential link to improve the production management level and optimize the transportation scheduling decision-making of open-pit mine,which is also the key to ensure the transportation safety,reduce the transportation cost and construct the intelligent open-pit mine.The transportation road congestion event of open-pit mine belongs to spatiotemporal event.Only by comprehensively analyzing the close relationship among time elements,space elements and other elements,can the clustering division of spatiotemporal congestion clusters of transportation road condition of open-pit mine be scientifically realized,and then the transportation road congestion events of open-pit mine can be effectively analyzed.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)In view of the spatiotemporal clustering algorithm,road congestion characteristics and transportation road condition of open-pit mine,the relevant research is discussed at home and abroad.And then,the spatiotemporal data,clustering algorithm and related theories of road congestion research in open-pit mine are comprehensively analyzed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis model construction of road congestion of open-pit mine based on spatiotemporal clustering.(2)Analysis of the influence of truck related data and road condition related data on the road congestion analysis of open-pit mine.In addition,the truck related data and the road condition related data are fused into the spatiotemporal road condition data of open-pit mine transportation road,which establishes the precondition for the clustering division of the spatiotemporal congestion clusters.(3)According to the characteristics of spatiotemporal road condition data of open-pit mine,the density based spatiotemporal clustering algorithm ST-DBSCAN is adopted to analyze the correlation of spatiotemporal road condition data.Then the process design and the selection of parameters of ST-DBSCAN spatiotemporal clustering algorithm are analyzed for the road congestion events of open-pit mine,which provides the premise for the spatiotemporal clustering analysis of road congestion events of open-pit mine.(4)Based on a large-scale open-pit mine in China as the research benchmark,the ST-DBSCAN spatiotemporal clustering algorithm is adopted to analyze the road congestion events of open-pit mine.And then,the effectiveness of the road congestion analysis model of open-pit mine based on spatiotemporal clustering is evaluated,and the reliability of the model analysis results is verified.The research content further enriches the relevant theoretical achievements of open-pit mine,and provides a new scheme for the analysis of transportation road congestion of open-pit mine.
