The maternal and infant products market will usher in the best development opportunities and become the industry chain with the largest development potential and profits.In face of the rapid development and change of the maternal and infant products market,WB company must lay out effective marketing strategies according to the changes of the current maternal and infant market competition environment,so as to better cope with challenges and competition in the fierce market competition.In this paper,using mathematical statistics,literature research,key case analysis,directional analysis,combined with the research method of questionnaire analysis of maternal and infant consumption,taking WB company as the research object,the marketing strategy of WB company in the current competitive environment is deeply discussed.Using PEST analysis model and other related theories,this paper studies and analyzes the existing external environment of WB company.Then analyzes the current internal marketing situation and competition of WB company through 4P marketing theory and SWOT analysis strategy,and analyzes the market positioning of WB company by using market segmentation theory.Selects the mother and baby market in the third and fourthtier cities as the target market of WB company.Based on this,the paper formulates the strategy for WB.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzes the macro environment of WB company from the aspects of policy,economy,society and technology environment,WB company is facing huge maternal and child market opportunities.It shows that WB company will be in a favorable external development environment and opportunities in the future.WB company should seek long-term development and make long-term plans in the current favorable market environment.WB should invest in scientific research,formulate feasible competitive strategies and gain competitive advantages.(2)By analyzing the micro environment of WB company,WB is in good condition and has many advantages,especially in marketing and resources.Its vertical maternal and infant social platform has a good development trend,which is conducive to WB's participation in market competition.(3)Through the SWOT analysis of WB company,this paper analyzes the current situation of WB company in the market competition.It shows that WB company is at a disadvantage in the maternal and infant market competition of the first and second tier cities,and faces huge development opportunities in the maternal and infant market of the third and fourth-tier cities.WB company should give play to its advantages,avoid its disadvantages,and be in a favorable position in the market competition.(4)This paper analyzes the characteristics of the competition in the current maternal and infant market.Through the role analysis of maternal and infant consumers,grasp the demands of maternal and infant consumers.Through a comprehensive market questionnaire,investigate the age,occupation and education distribution of maternal and infant consumers.Find out the distribution of maternal and infant shopping channels and access to information channels,and clarifies the consumer preferences of maternal and infant consumers for maternal and infant products.Promoting the development of the market and consumption concept,research clear the consumer consumption decision-making factors and expenditure distribution.The current market is divided into three segments,list as first tier and second tier cities,third tier,fourth tier and fifth tier cities,and third and fourth tier cities.Enhance brand awareness,upgrade services to optimize customer experience,and form competitive advantages through online community marketing.WB should improve the company's promotion channels,carry out online community marketing,carry out precision marketing based on big data,and immediately start the layout of koc with goods to form a good competitive pattern.The research results of this paper can not only put forward operational suggestions for WB company's marketing strategy formulation,but also help WB company to be in a favorable position in the fierce market competition and maintain long-term development momentum and competitive advantage.It will also provide case analysis support for the improvement of maternal and infant marketing theory,and have important reference value for the sustainable development of other maternal and infant products enterprises Value.
