Study On Fengxian Tangren Gong From The Perspective Of Anthropology

Fengxian Tangren Gong is a traditional art-based folk art protection project in China's national intangible cultural heritage list(No.864 VII-88).It has been produced for two hundred years.It has witnessed the development of agricultural history and folk artisans in Xuzhou County.The evolution of the process.Tangren Gong has the regional and national characteristics of folk crafts under the rural natural economic conditions,and contains the cultural life code of Xuzhou County,reflecting the unique thinking,imagination and cultural awareness of the local people.The application and development of Tangren Gong in folk etiquette witnessed the changes in funeral customs and rituals in Feng County.It is a true reproduction of the people's clothing,food,shelter,and folk life,and shows the rich life creativity of the local people.It is a folk sugar-plastic handicraft made from white sugar or maltose by using a mold.As a carrier of funeral customs and ritual culture in Fengxian and surrounding areas,the survival status of Tangren Gong is worrying,and the application range is gradually narrowed.This paper uses the research methods of cultural anthropology to conduct field investigations on the production process and development status of Fengxian Tangren Gong,observe the application of sugar man Gong in folk customs etiquette,visit the folk sugar tribute workshop,interview the Tangren Gong and its mold Producer.Based on the status quo of the survival and development of Tangren Gong,sort out its history of production and development,and explore the historical origins and causes of Tangren Gong.According to the survival status of Tangren Gong and its molds,this paper proposes a development strategy that adapts to the modern economic environment.From the developmental research of folk customs,it provides suggestions for the development and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.
