With the improvement of the status of vocational and technical education,more and more attention has been paid to secondary vocational and technical education,and the reform of teaching models in line with secondary vocational and technical education is also emerging one after another.At present,the secondary vocational "Metal Processing and Training" course has problems such as the lack of talents cultivated by the school to meet the requirements of the enterprise,and the disconnection between the theoretical teaching of the course and the training.To this end,construct the "three-dimensional enlightenment and six-ring implementation" teaching model,set the teaching goals of the company's needs,design a teaching process that integrates theory and practice,so as to give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation and cultivate talents with processing and manufacturing skills that meet the needs of the industry.It is worthy of in-depth exploration.the study."Metal processing and training" is the core basic course of processing and manufacturing majors.This article reforms the teaching mode of professional courses in secondary vocational schools.The specific methods are as follows.First,clarify the research background of the "Metal Processing and Training" course and the current status of teaching models at home and abroad,and conceive solutions to specific problems in the course.Secondly,look for the meaning of the teaching model,and define the core concept of the teaching model of "three-dimensional enlightenment and six-ring practice".Then,in-depth processing and manufacturing enterprises and secondary vocational schools,to investigate the needs of enterprises and the situation of students and teachers in secondary vocational schools.Based on the analysis and research results,construct the "three-dimensional enlightenment and six-ring implementation" teaching model,determine the teaching mode ideas,design and implement teaching cases based on constructivist learning and other theories,and obtain experimental results such as student performance improvement,confirming the "three-dimensional enlightenment and six-ring implementation" The feasibility of the teaching model.Finally,reflect on the teaching experiment case,draw the conclusion of the teaching experiment,find out the shortcomings of the teaching model in the implementation process,and conduct a preliminary verification of the "three-dimensional enlightenment and six-ring implementation" teaching model for the "Metal Processing and Training" course.This research aims at the innovative exploration of the teaching mode of the processing and manufacturing professional courses,supplements the existing literature and materials of the teaching mode of the processing and manufacturing majors,and provides a new teaching model for the teaching of secondary vocational processing and manufacturing professional teachers,which is in line with the modern "learning by doing".The teaching philosophy of "learning while doing" has certain reference value.
