| In recent years,the first-line fitter training course teachers in secondary vocational schools in our country have carried out a large number of teaching reforms and practice.Through the optimization of teaching content and teaching cases,the quality has been significantly improved,and the professional ability of students has been significantly improved.However,based on subsequent graduation internship performance and corporate feedback,it can be seen that students need to be strengthened in terms of basic fitter skills,transfer of knowledge and skills,and their own comprehensive qualities.There are still some problems that need to be resolved in the teaching process of fitter training courses.This study uses literature research methods,survey methods,interview methods and other research methods to clarify the needs of corporate talents,industry development trends,and the current status of teaching and learning of secondary vocational fitter training courses.Focusing on the existing problems in the teaching of practical training courses for middle vocational locksmiths,and based on this design of the "Online learn-Teach-Do-Evaluate-Practice" teaching model,aiming to solve the "why to learn","what to learn","how to learn","How to evaluate" and other issues,improve the quality of education,maximize the role and effectiveness of the secondary vocational locksmith training courses.This article mainly carried out the following three aspects of research: analysis of the status quo of the teaching status of the middle vocational fitter training course and the characteristics of processing and manufacturing students,the design of the teaching mode of "Online learn-Teach-Do-Evaluate-Practice",and "Online learn-Teach-Do-Evaluate-Practice" Applied research on the teaching model of "evaluation-practice".After the staged teaching practice test,it is found that the fitter training course under the "Online learn-Teach-Do-Evaluate-Practice" teaching mode has a good teaching effect.The specific performance is: With the implementation of locksmith training courses,students’ learning attitude have improved significantly.The average completion rate of self-learning tasks before class has exceeded 85%.Classroom performance has been positive,and students’ participation in group discussions and cooperation has increased significantly.Through comparative analysis of the completion of the works of students in Class 1 of automobile application and maintenance of level 20 and previous students(taking the production of step matching parts as an example),it is found that the average non-overrun rate of each assessment content has increased from 55.68% to 76.14%,and students’ knowledge of fitter The level of skill mastery has been significantly improved.At the same time,the "Online learn-Teach-Do-Evaluate-Practice" teaching model takes into account the comprehensive quality training of students in the teaching process,so as to better cultivate high-quality laborers and technical skills talents that meet the development needs of the times and adapt to the national development strategy. |
