Since the implementation of the "made in China 2025" national strategy,science and technology and industrial innovation have once again driven to the fast lane,and a large number of highly skilled talents are urgently needed for economic and social development.Secondary vocational schools seize the opportunity to deepen the teaching reform,teaching methods have become increasingly mature,project teaching method is one of the mature and characteristic teaching methods.However,there are some problems in project design,such as knowledge points,incomplete coverage of skill elements,project design can not stimulate students' interest in learning and so on.How to better use the project teaching method in the NC turning training course,in order to improve the teaching quality and students' interest in learning,is a meaningful topic worthy of study.In this paper,through investigation and research,combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational school CNC turning training course,drawing on the application results of project teaching method,the project teaching method model of CNC turning training course suitable for secondary vocational school is proposed.The model takes theory,programming,technology,processing,measurement,evaluation and students' learning interest as the elements of the project research,including the basic theory and macro method of NC machine programming,the basic programming instructions of lathe programming and processing,the processing method of typical complex parts,the compilation of process flow,the use of tools,the measurement of work piece accuracy and the use of measuring tools,etc Basic knowledge and skills.The project teaching method curriculum system of numerical control turning training in secondary vocational schools is constructed,which highlights the combination of theory and practice,and the integration of learning,doing and creation.Through the application of project teaching method,students' overall situation,self-learning ability,practical ability,communication and cooperation ability,problem-solving ability and interest in NC turning training course have been significantly improved.It can be proved that if appropriate project-based learning method is adopted in NC turning training course of secondary vocational school,students' interest in NC turning training course will be greatly improved,It can effectively fill in the shortcomings and defects of the traditional education system,make students to the greatest degree of satisfaction and empathy,improve the learning effect,improve the quality of learning.
