Research On Maturity Of Project Contract Management System Of A Private Natural Gas Company

With the panic caused by the "gas shortage" in China in recent years,the State Energy Administration has started to rectify many oil and gas blocks abandoned by the state.State-owned oil companies are required to open up belated blocks to social capital.More and more private companies are optimistic about this industry.It is against this background that A private natural gas company enters the field of natural gas development.However,in view of the scale of A private natural gas company with only dozens of people,and the characteristics of large-scale investment in oil and gas fields,such as high risk and long effective time,higher requirements are put forward for the project contract management level of A private natural gas company newly entering the industry.Guided by the theory and model of project contract management,combined with the analysis and evaluation of the work status of A private natural gas company,this thesis compares the project contract management practices of mature foreign companies,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Firstly,based on the information and data provided by entity libraries and network databases,the study is carried out.This paper summarizes and expounds the concept and connotation of project contract management,and selects a suitable model for project contract management of A private natural gas company.Secondly,by investigating the status quo of project contract management of Private Natural Gas Company A,and according to the maturity model of contract project management,scoring and evaluation are made.Through the quantitative analysis of the evaluation results,and then through the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,the paper digs out some problems existing in the contract project management system of A private natural gas company,and puts forward some suggestions to further improve the direction of the project contract management system of A company.Through theoretical and empirical research,the maturity model and evaluation method of contract project management constructed in this paper conform to the actual situation of contract project management of A company,can scientifically and reasonably evaluate the contract project management level of A private natural gas company,and play a positive role in promoting the project contract management level of A private natural gas company and similar private companies.
