Research On Optimization Of N Company Contract Management

In recent years,the international situation has become increasingly complex and the market fluctuation has increased.In order to gain a more active market position,enterprises must constantly improve their management ability.As the most basic guarantee for the operation of enterprises,strengthening the relevant management level is an important step for enterprises to improve.N company is a local state-owned enterprise,whose business mainly involves the development and utilization of mineral resources.The contract plays an important role in the company's daily operation and management activities.From the perspective of company managers,combined with contract management theory,using management knowledge,field investigation,comparative research,interviews and other research methods,combined with the existing theory of contract management at home and abroad,this paper studies the optimization of contract management in N company.Based on the analysis of the current situation of contract management in N Company,this paper puts forward that contract management should be divided into three stages: pre-contract preparation stage,signing stage and post-contract management stage.According to the different characteristics of each stage of contract management in N Company,this paper analyses the existing problems in each stage,and then sums up the internal and external causes of the problems in combination with the current legal provisions and the actual situation of the company.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,mainly from the aspects of optimizing contract management system and system,optimizing contract management process,optimizing contract management organizational structure,to design and optimize the management plan,and to put forward suggestions for improvement,so as to help N company further improve the level of contract management,and at the same time to provide reference management experience for other domestic companies.
