Modern construction project, especially large and medium-sized construction project management of contract management a very important position, to have become progress management,quality management,cost (investment) management and information management just apposition of management function. Because the contract in the modern construction projects decided to the unique function of the contract management in construction project management plays an increasingly important position.This paper that is mainly related theory of project contract management for solving practical problems and provide instruction opinion project contracts management and project contract management are two different concepts, the former pay attention to project contract the basis and responsibility system running, the latter is related to the framework of concrete operation process. This paper takes from modern project management is analyzed the contract project management, project contract management theory expounded in China, and introduces the practice of project contract management and experience. Through to research the oilfield production of Xingzichuan project contract management which analysis of the project contract, pointed out that the problems existing in the project contracts, and finally put forward using the principal-agent theory and the internal management and external treatment methods to solve practical problems, and puts forward the project contract management mode.This paper mainly including seven chapters content, the second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical foundation, introduced project management and project contract management theory. The third chapter expounding China’s construction project contract governance experience; The fourth, five and six chapters concrete research the oilfield production of Xingzichuan project contract management, analyze the contract management, and finally gives further improvement suggestion.
