With the development of world oil and gas, the heavy-oil exploitation is considered more and more important. So is the effective steam stimulation. Steam soak which is mainly used to produce crude oil in heavy-oil reservoir is a depressurization recovery method. With increase of gas injection period, formation pressure decreases rapidly, well production rate decreased, oil producing effect is poor. The problem how to comprehensively and correctly evaluate thermal production has not been studied systematically. The purpose of this study is to correctly recognize the thermal producing feature and development status, systematically propose a set of evaluation indexes, standard and evaluation method, establish the complete evaluation system which will comprehensive evaluate the thermal production。For the purpose of establishing the comprehensive evaluation system, a set of evaluation indexes, standard and evaluation method need to be systematically proposed.10 indexes of thermal production in heavy oil reservoir are picked out by the methods of logic analysis, fuzzy associate analysis, field practical statistics, expert experience and so on. The evaluation standard is confirmed by the methods of field practical statistics, theory calculation and industry analysis. Analytic hierarchy process is used to identify the weight of 10 indexes. Comprehensive evaluation system is applied with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Comprehensive evaluation system of heavy-oil development including evaluation indexes, standard and method is complete established.Based on applying the evaluation system of heavy oil development in Wangzhuang oil field, membership functions of indexes is determined with the field data.the effect of wangzhuang heavy-oil blocks development is evaluated according to membership functions and weight. Results show that conclusion is realistic and the evaluation system is highly rationalityThe problems and main factors affect the development are analysised in the above study. Corresponding treatments are made to improve the development condition. Field application that OSR of 5 wells increase 0.1 on the average is obvious. Comprehensive evaluation system of heavy-oil development has directive significance on working out comprehensive development and management of the blocks.
