Research On Economic Benefit Evaluation On The First GD Oil Production Management Area

Against the background of economic globalization,continued decline in international oil price lead to more harsh development environment for domestic oil enterprises.The core of oil field focus on how to maximize the economic benefits and the overall oil field income,at the same time,to ensure the output,using limited resources.Compared with the evaluation of the overall development efficiency of the oil field,the development efficiency evaluation of block is undoubtedly more favorable for the oil field enterprises to seize the status of oilfield development,and improve the level of investment decision-making and development benefit.In this paper,the First GD Oil Production Management Area is selected as research object.First of all,this paper summarizes the status,methods and practice of evaluation of the block development efficiency at home and abroad.Then,it uses the data envelopment analysis method(DEA)to establish a scientific,reasonable,multi-angle and multilevel of block development benefit evaluation index system,combined with characteristics of oil and gas field development.Based on the index system,it evaluates the objective block development efficiency using DEA model.According to the evaluation results,development benefit of the oil production management area over years is summarized and relevant factors influencing the development efficiency are analyzed.Finally,under the summarized existing problems,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the input-output structure.And it is practically significant to improve the development efficiency of oilfield management area.
