Research On Cost Benefit Evaluation System Of GD Oil Production Plant

In the mid and late part of the oil field development,the moisture content increases.Nature production decline increases,the development effect becomes worse.Production costs are rising.Unit costs are constantly rising,the contradiction between production costs and benefit increases.Under the current low oil prices,oil enterprises of oil and gas sales revenue has shrunk sharply,economic benefits will become worse.The cost management is facing enormous challenges.How to strengthen cost control,promote benefit evaluation mechanism,optimize cost structure and direction,improve the cost input and output efficiency,is a key work to adapt to the new norm and to deal with the low oil price.Through the cost benefit evaluation of operation,cost benefit evaluation is from the management unit of oil production enterprises.The benefit distribution of single well and unit in oil field enterprise is clearly defined and the inefficient single well unit is showed.To adopt classified management optimization measures,it is an effective approach to optimize the structure and reduce the oil enterprises cost.It provides decision basis for decision making,daily management and cost optimization control of oil field production and management.This paper takes the GD oil production plant as the research object.In-depth investigation of the production and operation of GD oil production plant is carried out.The theories and methods of cost management and benefit evaluation are summarized.Factors affecting the efficiency of oil production plant and the problems existing in the evaluation are analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of production and management in oil production plant,a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is set up.The benefit evaluation and classification management are carried out by the economic operation model of "three lines and four zones",a set of scientific and rational,structural integrity of the cost effectiveness evaluation system has been formed.Application example analysis is carried out in GD oil production plant.It provides an effective management tool,for GD oil production plant to actively respond to low oil prices,to improve the structure of input and output,and to improve the management level next step.
