Taking municipal solid waste sanitary landfill project (MSWSLP) as its study object, through information research and calculation analysis, the author makes an effort in how to define indexes weight, how to quantify the indexes and how to establish assessment model. The research results help to enlarge the theory and methods of the indirect economic benefit assessment.The natural and social and economical factors are considered comprehensively in this study, followed the principles about indexes selecting, a set of index system is established. The index system can be used in the assessment of indirect economic benefit of the MSWSLP and dynamic monitoring. Based on the systematical analysis of the correlative results about indirect economic benefit qualitative methods in the other fields, computational formula are established for quantitative indexes . With the help of fuzzy mathematics theory, the qualitative indexes are quantified by the triangular fuzzy number bipolar scaling methods;the triangular fuzzy number multi-index cluster assessment model is used to assess the indirect economic benefit of the MSWSLP . This thesis Based on the above study, the author synthetically appraises the MSWSLP in Dazhu of Sichuan, which can prefect and verify the model and index system of the qualification and evaluation of MSWSLP.This thesis quantifies and evaluates MSWSLP ,which offers directions for the planning of municipal waste sanitary landfill. The model and index system of the qualification and evaluation is suitable for application. |
