Research On The Application Of Floral Patterns In Contemporary China Style Womenswear Design

With the strengthening of national power,China style womenswear designs have gradually stepped into the international stage.Many designers use flower patterns as the main design theme to express contemporary China style womenswear.Behind each flower pattern,there are implicit characteristics of the times,aesthetic concepts,design styles,and unique insights into the inheritance of China style.There are many forms of expression of China style.This article uses flower patterns as an entry point to explore how contemporary designers use flower patterns to express China style womenswear.In order to explore the application rule of floral patterns in contemporary China style womenswear,a large number of contemporary China style womenswear design cases at home and abroad have been collected in this article.With using the methods such as literature research,comparative analysis,the rule of using floral patterns in different cases will be studied.Above all,the concept of flower patterns and contemporary China style womenswear should be clearly defined.All collected cases will be firstly classified according to their applications and then individually studied from four aspects of expression forms,the modeling classification of flower patterns,the analysis of the combination with typical styles,the use of colors,and the craftsmanship.In the final section the influencing factors of floral patterns in contemporary Chinese womenswear will be discussed from the both perspectives of traditional Chinese culture and Western design styles.Based on the theoretical research in the nature of the floral pattern in contemporary China style womenswear,the use of the law will be performed in practical use.This article is aimed to provide a systematic theoretical guidance and reference for other designers in order to expand their way of thinking and achieve a better use of flower patterns in contemporary Chinese womenswear in the future.
