| In our country,hemp textile industry has a long history,although the proportion of the entire textile industry is small,but with deep cultural connotation,is a distinctive cultural carrier.Xiabu is the main product with regional and cultural characteristics in Jiangxi Ramie textile products.The process of hand-woven Xiabu is complicated and exquisite,and there are some problems such as conservative process,low efficiency and high cost.But the Xiabu has the material superiority,it has retained the natural plant texture,simple nature,is widely used in the art industry.There is a good development trend in the present when we advocate green development,and our country advocates cultural self-confidence,carries out the national tide,and ramie is regarded as Chinese grass,there is a lot of room for value re-creation.At the same time,as a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage,Xiabu has also received more attention from the Chinese people.In order to make consumers accept and use Xiabu more,and let Xiabu return to daily life,must in the process technology,the profession competitiveness,the design innovation performance and so on have the promotion.In the background of the rise of knowledge-based economy,Xiabu consumer market formation,manufacturing costs rise,more and more hemp textile enterprises realize that,high-quality product design or will be to seize market share,access to market competitiveness of an important strategic tool.Whether the product design is good or not depends on the relationship between the product and the consumer,the product and the society,to adapt the product to the needs of a larger group.Compared with other domestic related enterprises,Jiangxi Flax textile enterprises still do not pay enough attention to design innovation,however,the research on summer cloth in Sichuan,Chongqing,Hunan and other regions is far more than that in Jiangxi province.The summer cloth produced by Jiangxi Hemp Textile Enterprises is also sold abroad at low prices as raw materials,after finishing as luxury goods back to the Chinese market at high prices.The main reason is that Jiangxi flax textile enterprises in the innovation process of external cultural resources,innovation capacity,design innovation performance between the relationship between inadequate.In order to solve these problems,this thesis puts forward the following basic research questions: 1.What social external cultural resources can be integrated in the process of design innovation;2.These resources will affect the performance of enterprise design innovation by influencing which design ability;3.How to improve the performance of enterprise design innovation to improve the market position.This thesis sums up the types of social external cultural resources that influence the design ability of enterprises by summarizing the relevant theories and documents,such as design innovation,external network,knowledge transfer,resource view,etc.,the thesis also studies the relationship between the subdivision of resources and design ability,design innovation performance,and puts forward some hypotheses on the influence factors of external cultural resources on the design innovation performance of Jiangxi Bast Fiber Enterprises,then through the questionnaire survey of employees to carry out mathematical statistical analysis,to verify the rationality of the model. |
