| With the rapid improvement of the level of economic development,people are constantly pursuing higher quality of life.In order to alleviate the pressure and fatigue brought by life and work,and maintain a positive and healthy physical and mental state,more and more people participate in outdoor sports team,and the life consciousness and attitude of sports and health care are gradually concerned and valued by more and more people.In recent years,outdoor sports in China has quietly emerged and developed rapidly,and gradually become a kind of sports trend.And outdoor sports clothing is particularly important in outdoor sports,which is the basic guarantee to protect the safety of outdoor sports.In recent years,the outdoor sports clothing of merino wool is especially concerned and supported by the majority of professional outdoor sportsmen and brands of outdoor sports clothing.Merino wool is produced from fine wool sheep,its performance characteristics are in line with the conditions and requirements of outdoor sports clothing,and the correct and comfortable outdoor sports clothing can bring better sports experience and safer protection to outdoor athletes,and improve the efficiency of outdoor sports.However,on the one hand,there are few studies on the functionality of merino wool and its products,most of which are on the properties of ordinary wool;on the other hand,the mass consumers and outdoor sports novices are not familiar with or even unfamiliar with Merino wool,and do not know the excellent performance of merino wool for outdoor sports clothing.In this paper,the function of superfine Merino wool(16.5 microns in diameter)will be studied,the performance of its fabric and clothing will be tested and evaluated,and compared with other fiber fabrics and clothing commonly used in outdoor sports clothing,in order to evaluate and analyze the adaptability of the wearing performance of merino wool and the performance requirements of outdoor sports clothing.In this project,Merino wool and other fabrics provided by cooperative enterprises are used as experimental materials,and the following two aspects are studied respectively: 1)The physical properties of fabrics were tested,including heat preservation,moisture conductivity,moisture absorption,moisture permeability and air permeability;2)The human wearing experiment of clothing includes the test of objective physiological index and subjective sensory evaluation.The objective physiological indexes include tympanic membrane temperature,heart rate,average skin temperature and perspiration.The subjective sensory evaluation includes heat,cool,wet,stuffy and sticky.Thus,the comprehensive functional evaluation of merino wool outdoor sports clothing was carried out.The results show that the physical properties of fabrics are almost the same as those of human wearing experiments.The conclusion is that the comprehensive properties of Merino Wool / spandex fabric and Merino Wool / 37.5 polyester fabric are the best,which are the most suitable materials for outdoor sports clothing;while the comprehensive properties of cotton fabric are the worst,it is not suitable for making close fitting clothing for outdoor sports. |
