Product Design And Performance Study Of Superfine Wool Scarf

Superfine wool fiber and its fabric is the hot topic to be discussed by wool textile industry in recent years.It has natural,breathable,smooth,comfortable,and many other good qualities,to meet the superfine wool market growing demand to buy,the performance evaluation as well as product design and development appears especially important.Based on literature review,comparative analysis,questionnaire investigation and analysis methods,such as,chose the process of the superfine wool whose diameter is 13?m to 18.5?m.(1)First of all,the morphological structure of fiber,yarn and fabric are studied.(2)Then,superfine wool fiber and other mechanical properties of the natural protein fiber,dyeing performance is preliminary experiment researched.(3)Focus on superfine wool,in the form of traditional plant dye with normal dyeing,add mordant dyeing and dye dyeing experiments such as discussed in this paper.(4)On the basis of the selected rhizoma coptidis,safflower,wood,gallnut,pomegranate peel five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials,using water decoction method for the extraction of medicinal plant dyes and dye solution.Through the orthogonal experiment method and the single factor analysis method,research and analysis in the process of dyeing,different dye bath p H value,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and other factors on the direct effects on the dyeing properties of the dyed superfine wool fabric.And in view of the different dyeing conditions,K/S value of fabrics were assessed,and ultimately determine the five kinds of medicinal plant dyes dyeing superfine wool fabric,the respective optimum dyeing process conditions of direct dyeing.(5)In product development and design,the use of hand flat knitting machine and hand knits both designed and developed a variety of different organization style of the fabric.Measuring the ratios of different blending components and specifications of the superfine wool yarn fabric specification,fabric hook wire resistance and pilling resistance,mechanical properties of fabric under low stress and feel such as objective evaluation,secondly through human subjective evaluation,fabric of different organization respectively conducted three tickling feeling.Taking performance are obtained by experimental analysis above,the yarn type,finally combined with the recent trend both at home and abroad and meet women aged 35 to 55 consumers integrated design and the development of five finished products superfine wool scarf.Selected papers.For the super fine wool industry chain downstream design research can provide certain theoretical reference.
