Study On The Wearing Comfort Of Pantyhose

Pantyhose is an important part of hosiery products, it takes a direct impact on the health of our leg. However, after checking for the research papers which about the hosiery socks, we only found that very little research is about the pantyhose. Therefore, doing a study on the wearing comfort of pantyhose for an in-depth research and analysis is very important. It will help improving the wearing comfort of pantyhose.Through studying the research papers about the hosiery sock, some reasons are found to make research on pantyhose. So in this paper, five kinds pantyhose were taken to do the research. The main contents of this paper are as below:1. In the paper,207 women who are from the eastern of china were chosen to do a questionnaire on wearing comfort of pantyhose. They all have the experience of wearing pantyhose. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed and the problems of wearing pantyhose were found. The necessity of pantyhose size classification was also discussed.2. Body measurement was carried out on 100 young women from Shanghai area. It was found that there were correlations between the sizes of different parts of leg. The regression equation between height and L ((L=the sum of leg length and foot length) could provide some guide for the study on pantyhose.3. The samples' tensile properties was tested by the the electronic universal testing machine#INSTRON3365 which made by ITW Group from the Untied States.The results of the experiment were analyzed and the relationship between the tensile properties of pantyhose and the basic properties of material was found.4. The pressure of pantyhose was tested by the clothing pressure measurement device which made by AMI TECHNO Co. Ltd Company.The results showed that the posture, the size of pantyhose, tensile strength of material and the test site of pressure all has some relationships with the pressure value of pantyhose.The regression equation between pressue value on the knee and tensile strength of material was found too.5. The subjective experiment was carried out to do a comprehensive evaluation for the wearing comfort of pantyhose.The results showed that the body posture, pantyhose size and material all has some relationships with the subjective scores.And the relational expressions between the subjective scores and the tensile strength of material were found too.In the paper, through the subjective and objective test research, we found out the relationship between the wearing comfort and the related factors. The paper is meanful for the future study and research.
