In recent years, along with enhancement of personal health consciousness,people gradually increase on individual health awareness, and select the appropriate items to exercise according to their own state of health. Swimming, as an active sport in the sports event, attracts more and more people to exercise and relax using it as their recreational sports. With the improvement of dress comfort, the study of dress comfort is a important content in the field of clothing. Clothing is the second skin for people, and swimwear is the necessities of swimming exercise, the wearing comfort of the swimsuit is particularly important.This paper takes women’s swimsuit as the research object, after the research of the demand of consumer and testing basic parameters and physical performance index of fabrics collected from the market, determining use three components, different spandex content of fabrics to make experimental swimsuit, using objective physical experiment,subjective rating evaluation and dress comfort to test and evaluate the pressure on comfort,thermal and moisture comfort of swimsuit, and using SPSS, gray system theory to analyze the experimental for the evaluation and prediction swimsuit wearing comfort. The whole process of the research can be divided into the following several aspects:The questionnaire research for swimwear to understand the needs of consumers.Through the investigation that: one-piece swimsuit is loved by women, people are skilled for breaststroke; when buying swimsuit the main factors concerned by consumer are style,comfort, quality(process, fabrics, etc.); the main concern of fabric performance are elastic,air permeability, moisture permeability.Materials testing: testing the basic specifications parameters, as well as tensile properties, elastic recovery, breathability, moisture and other physical and mechanical properties. According to the test results of the index analysis the correlation between themechanical properties of the fabric, elastic recovery and tensile strength have a high degree of inter-correlation and significantly correlated at the 0.01 level.Pressure test: Choose the size and type of 160/84 A in the area of young women as subjects, in a climatic chamber subjective comfort evaluation of static and under different actions and objective stress tests. Use Novel Pliance-x-32 test subjects wearing swimsuits made of different fabrics pressure shoulder, back, buttocks corresponding test points in different states, according to the experimental data obtained by using SPSS to analyze the fabric, structure, state clothing, pressure comfort mutual relations.Pressure test: select the young women whose size is in the 160/84 A region as subjects, and carry on the objective pressure test and subjective evaluation under different actions in the artificial climate chamber. Using Novel Pliance-x-32 to test pressure on shoulder, back, chest, waist, abdomen, side seam, hip in different states, according to the experimental data obtained using SPSS software to analyze the mutual relation of fabric,structure, state clothing, pressure comfort.Thermal and moisture comfort test: select the young women whose size is in the160/84 A region as subjects and carry on temperature and humidity test and subjective thermal and humidity comfort evaluation in the artificial climate chamber. Collect clothing temperature and humidity with the use of physical comfort testing system for human body dress, then based on the data received, establish the prediction model of thermal and moisture comfort with gray system theory.Through the measurement of basic parameters and physical properties of swimsuit fabric in the experiment and the objective test and subjective evaluation experiment of pressure comfort and thermal comfort of the female swimsuit, this paper analyzes the influences of fabric, structure, clothing status on comfort and establish prediction model. According to the physical properties of the fabric, evaluate and predict the comfort, which will provide reference for the design and production of women’s swimsuit of enterprises. Then the enterprises can provide female consumers with good comfort of the swimsuit to improve their market competitiveness.
