a famous school uniform brand in Mingguang City,Anhui Province,which is subordinate to Mingguang Xinye Stationery Company.As a famous local excellent enterprise and high-tech construction enterprise,the company attaches great importance to the application of digital technology in the school uniform industry.In order to improve the overall digital level of the enterprise and achieve the goal of building a national famous school uniform brand,the enterprise has actively explored the digital technology,committed to applying it to all aspects of school uniform production,promoting the scientific and technological development of production practice,and improving the brand influence of school uniform product design.Based on the above situation,this paper conceives that with the help of clothing digital technology and database technology,the "Qianke" school uniform design and R & D process is digitized,and the school uniform style design information platform is constructed.AI,CAD,Vstitcher and other digital technologies are applied to all aspects of the design and development of school uniform products.With the help of database technology and web technology,the design element resources of all aspects are classified and stored to realize the rapid transfer and recycling of school uniform design resources,so as to improve the efficiency of school uniform design and development.The paper is divided into three parts(1)Through the way of market research,we collected 590 cases of finished products of domestic famous school uniform brands,and classified and analyzed them according to the series,category and style.Then,with the help of mathematical statistics method,the statistical analysis of each series of samples,summed up the characteristics of primary and secondary school uniforms in the outline,color,material,components and patterns of five design elements.According to the analysis results,the school uniform design elements are classified into two levels,which is the classification principle of "Qianke" school uniform design elements in the process of design and development.These classification indexes can also be used as the logical basis of database structure design and data retrieval indexes in the school uniform information platform for primary and secondary school students.(2)Combined with the results of market research and the process of school uniform design and development,the design and development process of "Qianke" school uniform is innovated,and the information platform of school uniform design for primary and secondary schools is constructed.In the digital design process of school uniform,the digital technologies such as AI,PS,CAD and Vstitcher are applied to the style development,two-dimensional pattern making and threedimensional pattern virtual link,and the technical path of "Qianke" school uniform in the rapid combination of outline,material,color,parts and pattern elements in the design and development process is studied.It focuses on the innovative fusion design of local cultural elements in the pattern to meet the needs of the development of school uniform characteristics.The obtained technical process and digital design method of school uniform are verified,and 48 kinds of style drawings,72 pattern designs and 21 simulation samples are completed,which provide data resources support for various databases of school uniform information platform for secondary and primary schools.(3)The school uniform design and development information platform is a comprehensive platform for publicity and display,storage and transfer of design resources.According to the corresponding design requirements,the function module,database module,data table structure and system modeling of the information platform are designed respectively.The functional structure framework of the whole information platform is divided into two levels.The first level page is composed of five parts: home page,standard,information,ready to wear school uniform,customized design and school uniform technology.The home page,standard,information and school uniform technology are static pages,which are used as the company’s propaganda and have the functions of active release,information update and standard query.There are two-level databases for ready-made school uniform and school uniform design,which store corresponding design materials,and have data browsing,data editing,data retrieval,data download and other related functions.In technical development,the whole system is based on win10 operating platform,using B / S(Browser / server)structure,bootstrap,idea,flash server,My SQL database technology for development,using Python language to complete the front and back interface construction,to achieve the overall operation of the system.This project explores the design elements and product development process of "Qianke" school uniform,which is in line with the current trend of clothing digital development,and also in line with the development trend of school uniform brand and marketization.The construction of the information platform for primary and secondary school uniform style design and development not only realizes the storage and rapid transfer of design resources,improves the efficiency of school uniform design and development,but also integrates all aspects of school uniform style development,realizes linkage development with the help of digital technology,improves the digital technology level of enterprises,and greatly increases the economic benefits of enterprises. |
