Pure cotton fabric has the characteristics of nature,comfort and environmental protection.In recent years,clothing made of natural fiber mainly made of pure cotton fiber has been welcomed by consumers.At the same time,with the rapid economic development,people's living standards There has also been a significant improvement,and people's focus on clothing is more focused on comfort.The pure cotton fabric has good moisture absorption performance.When the human body sweats,although the pure cotton fabric can absorb a lot of sweat,the sweat will be stored in the fabric and is difficult to discharge,which greatly reduces the wearing comfort.Therefore,the development of skin-friendly natural and moisture-absorbing quick-drying Functional pure cotton knitted fabrics have broad market prospects.At present,there is little research on moisture absorption and quick-drying of cotton fabrics at home and abroad,and the problem of the unqualified rate of moisture-absorbing and quick-drying clothing products on the market is very prominent.This subject has studied the moisture absorption and quick-drying properties of pure cotton knitted fabrics from three aspects of fabric processing methods,post-finishing methods,and knitted fabrics.According to the existing textile moisture absorption and quick-drying evaluation standards,from static indicators and Two aspects of dynamic index test the various indexes of the fabric's moisture absorption and quick-drying performance.The main research content and conclusions of this topic are as follows:(1)Three different pretreatment processes of scouring,alkali shrinkage and mercerizing were carried out on the grey fabric of pure cotton knitted fabric.The moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of the pure cotton knitted fabric after these three pretreatment processes were tested,and the comparison after scouring was carried out.After alkali shrinkage,the wettability and moisture conductivity of the fabric increase.As the fabric shrinks after alkali shrinkage,the fabric weight and loop density increase,resulting in a decrease in the moisture permeability of the fabric.Therefore,it can be appropriately reduced when weaving the fabric.The weight and loop density of small fabrics can improve the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of alkali shrink fabric;the thickness of the fabric after mercerization is greatly reduced,and the surface of the fabric is smooth,resulting in a decrease in the wettability and water absorption of the fabric,as well as moisture conductivity and moisture dissipation.Increase,the mercerizing process is beneficial to improve the fast-drying performance of the fabric.(2)After finishing the pure cotton knitted fabric with three different finishing agents: silicone oil,hydrophilic silicone oil,and moisture absorption and quick-drying finishing agent,test the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of the fabrics before and after finishing.It is concluded that silicone oil and hydrophilic silicone oil will reduce the wetting ability and moisture conductivity of the fabric,and are not suitable as a moisture absorption and quick-drying finishing agent for pure cotton fabric.The moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of the fabric after the moisture absorption and quick-drying agent is improved.The moisture absorption and quick-drying finishing agent is the best finishing agent.(3)Six different kinds of pure cotton knitted fabrics were selected.The yarn twists of these six fabrics have three different twists: high,medium,and low.Among them,the spinning method of high and medium twist yarns is ordinary ring spinning.Spinning,the spinning method of low-twist yarn is compact spinning,and two different weave structures of single-sided weft flat needle and double-sided rib,and then finish the prepared 6 kinds of fabrics with the selected finishing agent Then,the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of these fabrics are tested according to the standard.It can be concluded that the smaller the fabric weight,thickness,and loop density,the lighter and thinner the fabric,the looser the structure,and the better the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying performance of the fabric.The loop density of the fabric has a great influence on the perspiration wicking performance of the fabric.The smaller the loop density of the fabric,the looser the fabric structure and the better the perspiration wicking performance of the fabric.The moisture absorption and quick-drying of the fabric is less affected by the twist of the yarn used.The lower the twist of the yarn can reduce the yarn hairiness by compact spinning,Improve the moisture absorption and quick-drying performance of fabric.
