| Pure cotton fabric has become the most popular fabric in textile market.However,wearing,washing,folding in daily life will cause creasing of pure cotton fabric,so improving the wrinkle recovery performance of pure cotton fabric has attracted people’s attention.At present,the research on the improvement of wrinkle recovery of pure cotton fabric is mainly discussed from two aspects: fabric structure and anti-crease finishing.Both of them had achieved remarkable results.However,the cross effect of structure and finishing technology on the effect of wrinkle recovery has not been paid attention.In this paper,the influence of fabric structure and finishing on the crease recovery of pure cotton fabric is studied.Firstly,the effect of pure cotton fabric tightness and finishing process on its wrinkle recovery is studied respectively.On this basis,the cross effects of fabric tightness and finishing processes on the wrinkle recovery of fabrics are studied.At the same time,in order to solve the problem that it is difficult to reflect the dynamic crease-rebound style of fabric samples with the existing recovery angle index,through the self-made wrinkle recovery test device,the dynamic change processes of fabrics in the recovery process are explored.The specific research works of this paper are as follows:(1)The effect of cotton fabric tightness on wrinkle recovery angle was investigated.It found that the change of total tightness on the same structure had a significant effect on the rapid crease recovery,delayed crease recovery and non-crease recovery.For 3/1 twill fabrics,the increase of tightness would make the fabrics show greater recovery,and also make the fabrics produce rapid recovery.However,when the compactness reached a certain value,the fabric’s delay recovery was less,and the overall crease recovery was weakened.The 2/1 twill fabrics showed a great wrinkle recovery with the increase of fabric tightness.The changes of crease recovery angle of plain weave fabrics were consistent with that of twill fabrics.It indicated that the increase of tightness can effectively improve the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabrics.(2)The effects of low-formaldehyde 2D resin concentration,baking temperature and baking time on the wrinkle recovery angle of cotton fabrics were investigated.It was found that the resin concentration had a positive correlation with the total wrinkle recovery angle and the acute elastic angle,while the fabric with different structural parameters showed different effects of slow elastic recovery.When the baking temperature increases,the total wrinkle recovery angle increases,which had a more significant positive effect on the acute crease recovery of cotton fabrics.With the increase of baking time,the fabric’s cross-linking reaction was more sufficient,so the recovery angle increases.(3)The influences of the cross effect between the tightness and finishing process on the wrinkle recovery angle were explored.Firstly,the two-factor analysis of variance was used to verify that the fabric tightness and the three factors in finishing process were not independent of each other,but acted on the wrinkle recovery of the fabric in a collaborative coupling way.(4)The dynamic change process of the wrinkle recovery angles of pure cotton fabrics were measured with a self-made wrinkle recovery test simulation device.According to the test results,the whole trend of fabric recovery could be obtained directly,which provided a new reference for the evaluation of fabric wrinkle recovery.At the same time,the process of wrinkle recovery was analyzed,and the most suitable judgment times of the acute elastic recovery angle and total wrinkle recovery angle were obtained. |
