Design And Realization Of Tobacco Spice Kitchen Management Control System

In the process of modern cigarette manufacturing,the use of flavor sugar plays an important role in improving the physical and chemical properties of cigarette products such as aroma absorption,combustion and moisture retention.Sugar and flavor are very important excipients in the silk production line,and the quality of their preparation is also an important part of cigarette technology control.This dissertation studies and designs the control and management system of spice kitchen in Shifang cigarette production line.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)This dissertation introduces the background of the technical transformation project of spice kitchen in the tobacco production line of "Shifang" cigarette factory and the current situation at home and abroad.According to the functional requirements and corresponding technical indicators of spice kitchen control,the process flow and working mode of spice configuration were analyzed in detail,and the application requirements of sugar flavor kitchen management system were determined.(2)Based on fieldbus technology,the overall network of the system is constructed,and the bottom control function of the spice kitchen system is designed and implemented.At the same time,in order to avoid the quality problems of mixed use in the process of spice use,the information verification function based on RFID is designed in this system,which is used to replace the manual identification of the tank.It not only avoids the quality accidents such as brand confusion,but also effectively improves the production efficiency.(3)The monitoring and management system based on Win CC configuration software is designed,and the development of upper computer monitoring and management system is completed.In this system,the centralized monitoring,input and output,status display,information prompt and error alarm of field equipment can be realized.At the same time,it has the management functions of user authority,process formula,process information recording and saving.The monitoring system has the characteristics of comprehensive function,simple operation and clear hierarchy.Through the system test,the material and fragrance configuration accuracy is 0.5%,the temperature detection error is ± 5 ℃,the material and fragrance configuration and use accuracy is 100%,the design purpose and effect of the system are achieved.The spice kitchen management and control system realized by this design provides a powerful hardware guarantee for the efficient production and operation of the factory silk production line.
