| With the rapid development of the industry,and the improving automation level,the achieving of the mine transportation automation has become more urgent and possible.Locomotive is one of the most important mine transportation equipments,which identification is the base of the mine transportation automation.In this thesis,we analyse the mine locomotive actual needs and complex field environments for the locomotive recognition in mine transportation,and set up the UHF RFID technology into the area of mine locomotive identification.Then,we proposed the design of mine locomotive identification system which based on UHF RFID.The system consists of a host computer,the RF tag reader and RF tags.The host computer is used to display and receive or send information;The RF tag is bounded to the locomotive,and each locomotive is assigned a unique ID number;The RF tag reader is the core component of the system,and used to identify the RF tag.This thesis proposes a practical system which is named ’ Design and Research of UHF RFID Automatic Identification System of Mine Locomotive’.First,the thesis has a detail analysis of the background and development of UHF RFID technology,the basic principles and the international standard EPC Gen2 protocol;Secondly,the thesis do a overall design of the system and make a clear structure and function of each part of the system;Third,do the hardware design for each part of the system,especially the RF tag reader,the reader is composed of the controller part and the RF front-end section,which taking the C8051F microcontroller and integrated RF chip AS3992 to make the design.At the same time,the thesis finishes the selection of the antenna and RF tags;And then,the papre makes a detail software design for the system,including the RF tag reader part,the PC part and the communication protocol between the tag reader and the PC part;Finally,the thesis makes some simulations for a number of important segments in the system,including using the ADS to analyse the signals of the receiving and sending path in the reader,and using MATLAB to analyse the adaptive frame slotted ALOHA anti-collision protocol based on Q algorithm.The simulation results are in line with expectations,and it proves the feasibility of the system’s design. |
