The Impact Of Cross-Cultural Features On Sino-Russian Cooperation By The Example Uralmekhanobr

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the influence of cultural characteristics on cooperation between Russia and China on the example of the company Uralmekhanobr.This analysis was carried out using Hofstede’s theory of culture analysis.In the course of the study,it was possible to identify factors that show the similarities and differences between the two countries,as well as how these factors affect the cooperation between Russia and China.To analyze the state of the situation in Uralmekhanobr and collect additional information,the author conducted a survey of the company’s superiors.Based on this research and the theory of G.Hofstede,the cultural component of the company was analyzed,which once again emphasized the existing differences between China and Russia.The article deals with the issues of interaction between countries with different cultures,namely,trade and economic relations between China and Russia,examines the culture of both countries,and also formulates proposals for improving mutual cooperation between the two countries.
