In recent years,the subway has gradually become the main force of transportation in various cities due to its advantages such as fast speed and large volume.The rapid construction and development of subway has brought convenience to people's travel,but due to the special operation environment and complex facilities and equipment,once an operation accident occurs,it may cause very serious consequences.Therefore,with the development of subway networking,it is of great significance to evaluate the operational safety status of subway operating lines through scientific and effective methods for preventing subway operating accidents and ensuring subway operating safety.Firstly,this paper reviews the current situation of subway operation risk management and evaluation methods at home and abroad,and analyzes the shortcomings of the current research and management work.Secondly,based on statistics of subway operation accidents at home and abroad,the causes of subway accidents are analyzed,and the main risk factors affecting subway operation safety are identified.Based on the identification of risk factors,this article combined with the relevant national standard documents of the subway industry to comprehensively and systematically establish an operational risk evaluation index system suitable for China's subway system.At the same time,through the comparative analysis of common risk research methods,according to the needs of subway operation management in China,The fuzzy theory and extension evaluation method are combined as the risk assessment method in this paper,and a fuzzy extension evaluation model of subway operation risk is established..Finally,taking Shenyang Metro Line 1 as an example,this paper evaluates the operation safety level of the line,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the subway operation enterprises according to the evaluation results,which provides a new idea for the subway operation risk evaluation in China.Practice results show that the method has a good applicability in the risk evaluation of subway operation.
