Research On The Evaluation Of Subway Passenger Safety Awareness

With the rapid development of subway,people are more and more concerned about the safety of subway operation,However the safety of passengers is the premise and goal of subway operation safety.To improve the safety awareness of subway passengers is an increasingly important issue of subway operation safety.In this paper,the safety awareness of subway passengers is studied by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.First of all,according to the collection of operation accidents over the years,explore the type distribution and characteristics of operation accidents,It is concluded that 19% of accidents in subway operations are due to passenger factors;secondly,on the basis of Literature Review and investigation,analyze the characteristics of passenger safety accidents in urban rail transit,constituent elements and the role of safety awareness of subway passengers in subway operation accidents Mechanism,draw the conclusion that the safety awareness of passengers is closely related to the safety of subway operation;use the method of expert consultation and questionnaire survey again,according to the importance select the alternative indicators,and build the evaluation index system of subway passenger safety awareness;then use AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the evaluation model of subway passenger safety awareness,collect expert opinions,and calculate various factors At last,through?WJX?to investigate the current situation of safety awareness of Kunming subway passengers,the evaluation results show that the evaluation score of safety awareness of Kunming subway passengers is 83.6,which is in a good level.According to the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the paper puts forward the way to improve the safety awareness of subway passengers,and through targeted strengthening of safety knowledge publicity and education,strengthening emergency drill and other measures to improve the level of safety awareness of subway passengers,It can provide beneficial reference and scientific basis for the development of subway safety management.
