With the rapid development of High-Speed Railway in China,the safety problem of High-Speed Railway operation has become increasingly prominent.Especially for the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway,which has the highest technical level and the largest capital investment in the "four vertical and four horizontal" planning line,the safety issue is particularly important.This paper takes the section of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway from Beijing South railway station to Dezhou East railway station(referred to as the north section of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway)as an example,and analyzes the relevant data of emergency response in this section.Main contents include:(1)The research and application status of using data analysis to improve railway safety management at home and abroad is expounded.(2)Analyze the abnormal conditions of the north section of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway,including the technical and equipment characteristics,definition and characteristics of abnormal conditions,and analyze the influence of different types of abnormal conditions on the north section of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway.(3)Statistics and analysis of emergency response data of the northern section of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway in 2016.By analyzing the frequency of different equipment faults,the variation of the number of equipment faults with the seasons,and the peak periods of abnormal conditions in a day,the hidden rules are found out,and the analysis results are applied to guide the practical work.(4)Through the analysis of the monthly average influence time sensitivity of abnormal conditions,it is found that the vehicle equipment fault is the most sensitive factor in the monthly average influence time of abnormal conditions.Based on the analysis results,this paper proposes to reduce the influence of abnormal conditions on train operation order by establishing emergency response system and improving emergency plan of vehicle equipment failure.
