| The kitchen is an important place which is closely related to people's life.Cook becomes a way to enjoy life from satisfing the problem of food and clothing.With the smart trend of household appliances and the change of young people's consumption conception,cookwares has also becoming smart.It is an opportunity and challenge for designers and business development departments to designing personalized,emotional,innovative and practical smart cookwares products according to different user groups' lifestyles and needs.With the rapid development of urbanization,the development of services and the development of Internet technology,more and more young people choose to live alone in cities.Many studies considered this as a negative social phenomenon,but living alone in cities is not only affected by the economic environment and their marriage problems,but also by their own economic independence and personal value.Some of them are forced to choose the way of living alone,but some of which take the initiative to live alone.With women's economic independence,the promotion of social status and the realization of self value,young women who lives alone in the cities become a special and meaningful research group,they are mostly highly educated and like to enjoy their life.They have strong shopping ability,open consumption conception,high income,a healthy lifestyle and fitness needs.Using the research method of Lifestyle Theory,this paper takes young women living alone in cities as the target users,and smart cookwares as research objects to study the lifestyles,the life situation,the living habits and cook preparation of young women group living alone cities,and analysis their needs of smart cookwares of product design to do design practices.We finally design a smart rice cooker through a lot of thingking and practice.We hope to make a meaningful exploration in smart cookwares' design direction and improve the life quality of young women living alone in cities. |
