| In order to meet the needs of automatic production in woodworking enterprises,a newtype of automatic stacking equipment is developed through analyzing the actual production situation of the woodworking enterprises and the requirements of automatic stacking and unstacking of planks.The design scheme of the sponge vacuum sucker as the end acuator is proposed,and the design of both the mechanical structure and control system of the equipment is completed.The mechanical structure of automatic plank palletizing equipment consists of the moving mechanism,end actuator mechanism and sweeping mechanism.The movement mechanism includes X-axis horizontal movement mechanism and Z-axis vertical lifting mechanism,which respectively realize the fast and accurate positioning of the end actuator mechanism in the horizontal and vertical directions.The end actuator mechanism realizes the adsorption and release task of the boards by using a sponge vacuum sucker.The sweeping mechanism cooperates with X-axis and Z-axis movement mechanism to complete the cleaning of the pad on the planks.In view of the stacking requirements of planks and the problem of the boards falling off caused by the gap between stacked planks,the sponge vacuum sucker is designed.The structure of the suction cup mainly includes aluminum profile frame,vacuum cavity,one-way valve layer and sponge layer.The influence of sphere and cavity geometry size of the adsorption holes structure on the adsorption effect in one-way valve layer is studied by using orthogonal test method.The adsorption force and time of the adsorption holes are simulated by using fluid simulation module in ANSYS,through range analysis and analysis of variance and the result is taken as evaluation criteria to get the optimal sphere and cavity geometry size of the adsorption holes.The control system based on the Siemens S7-200 smart PLC controller is designed by using the AC servomotor as the executive component,the touch screen as the HMI to realize the parameter setting and process monitoring of the control system.The main circuit,control diagram,the PLC program and the HMI configuration interface are developed successfully.The automatic plank palletizing equipment developed in this paper has the characteristics of simple structure,wide range of application,low cost and high precision,and fully meets the production needs of enterprises. |
