Thermal production test for screw pump is a kind of mechanical test technology developed in 1990 s.Screw pump has the characteristics of steady flow of centrifugal pump and high efficiency of volumetric pump.Its oil testing technology has the characteristics of low energy consumption,good heating effect,simple equipment and easy construction.Based on these advantages and characteristics,the thermal production test process of screw pump has been widely used in oil wells at home and abroad.Because of the short time of domestic oil test application of screw pump in thermal recovery,often the heating effect is not ideal,mechanical failures,broken rod tripping,resulting in the construction can not be normal,unable to obtain real output and yield of liquid,resulting in oil test failure.In this paper,in order to solve these problems,the optimal design of thermal recovery test of screw pump oil system,studied the transformation from the heating system,driving system,wellhead three aspects of underground system,using the prototype of several field tests,test data,test results,and constantly improve the prototype,making it a better test effect for wells of more stable performance and more secure operating environment,in order to establish a stable,efficient,safe,environmentally friendly double hollow sucker rod screw pump oil thermal recovery test system.The research results show that the equipment meets the demand of thermal oil production test operation in thick oil wells,and can rapidly and accurately obtain liquid properties and yield.
