As an important drying technology, wood vacuum drying has a lot of unique predominance. The technology had been developed quickly and was applied extensively on the production since 1980's. However, compared with the kiln drying, its research is still not deep and systematic enough to form the more mature system of vacuum drying schedule.The article studies on the quick establishment method of intermission vacuum drying schedule base on 20 floor planks in the market according to the character and craft principle of wood intermission vacuum drying. By drafting a set of the wood intermission vacuum drying schedule used in floor plank and measuring the variety of center and surface temperature, the variety of moisture content and the degree of surface checks during 1-2 process of heating-vacuum circulation judge whether it is easy to dry or not as well as make sure the suitable drying schedule. The experimental result shows obvious variety regulation of center and surface temperature, and the difference between center and surface temperature can basically indicate whether it is easy to dry or not under the same heating and vacuum conditions. The wood intermission vacuum drying schedule was made after analyzing the variety of center and surface temperature, the variety of moisture content and the degree of surface checks.The establishment method of intermission vacuum drying schedule of floor plank was proved to be feasible by elementary experiment, but it still needs further proofs and improvement in the future.The longitudinal gas permeability of wood was tested in this paper. The result shows it can easier or more difficult in vacuum drying. Because there variety in same wood, it is difficult only making longitudinal gas permeability to establish wood vacuum drying schedule, and the feasibility needs further research in the future. |
