Vacuun Insulation Panel is simply called the VIP,it's a kind of super insulation material and its thermal conductivity is so low which can reach to 1~3mW/(mK).Moreover,it's also a new material of high efficiency and energy saving that developed and made in recent years.In largely degree,it satisfies the current era of energy saving and environment protection requirements.It is widely used in home appliances?construction?shipping and other important fields.Each VIP is made up with composite envelop?core materials and getter.By encapsulating VIP's envelop after extracting inner air,it can lower its inner pressure to improve the comprehensive thermal preservation and thermal insulation performance.So in addition to the coefficient of thermal conductivity,the inner pressure value is also an important physical parameter of the VIP's thermal insulation performance.In VIP's inner pressure detecting region,one internal pressure measuring instrument for VIP has been developed based on the negative pressure expansion method.It can quickly and effectively detect the inner pressure of VIP,compared with the standard pressure,then identifying the VIP is whether qualified or not.The papper is committed to remaking the VIP inner pressure detecting prototype which was developed previously.Using more excellent performance instrument components,redesigning for its three-dimensional modelling,redesigning the mechanical system of suck,redesigning the electrical automation control,parts processing and assembly,eventually forming the new desktop inner pressure detecting instrument.Its detection is much more efficient?stable and its appearance satisfies contemporary science and technology.It proved that this new inner pressure detecting instrument suck system can detect the fumed silica VIP panels successfully,but it couldn't be used at detecting fiber glass VIP panels' inner pressure.Later,different diameter of temporary suctions were designed and processed,exploring the effect on glass fiber VIP panels' negative pressure expansion when detecting the panels' inner pressure by changing different diameter suckers.In the end,we got success at the small diameter sucker detecting and the best diameter of sucker is 10 mm.Meantime,we made finite simulation with DEFORM software for the processing of VIP panels' envelop expansion under the negative air extracting.It proved that the actual detecting curve of pressure and displacement is accurate,and it has been basic for improving the sucker system further.At last,we also detected the inner pressure of fumed silica and glass fiber VIP panels with the small diameter sucker.At the same time,detecting their corresponding thermal conductivity value and made a linear fitting data analysis with the MATLAB software.Using the inner pressure value as the independent variables ,coefficient of thermal conductivity value as the dependent variables y,we can get the possible function relationship between the inner pressure and the thermal conductivity y of the fumed silica VIP panels and fiber glass VIP panels.
