| Company A is one of the top five bottling partners of Coca Cola in the world.Business volume of company A has been greatly increased in recent years.Meanwhile,customer demand for products is developing towards multi-batch and low-batch.In order to better meet the business needs of customers,company A has established two large regional distribution centers(RDC),which effectively alleviate the problem of company A's commodity distribution.However,in the process of operation of the regional distribution center of company A,the problem of the warehouse entry and exit operation process has become A key factor limiting the efficiency improvement of the regional distribution center.Therefore,it has become an urgent task for company A to find measures to improve the procedures of warehouse entry and exit of the regional distribution center of company A and improve the efficiency of warehousing operation.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic information of the regional distribution center of company A in detail,and analyzes the key problems that limit the efficiency of the operation process of the regional distribution center.Secondly,Petri modeling was carried out for the work process of the regional distribution center of company A under the process of DMAIC analysis.Then under the DMAIC each analysis process of Petri net model was analyzed,and the first validation built RDC process the correctness of the Petri net model,using incidence matrix reorganization algorithm for the built all processes of the regional distribution centres Petri net model subnet,and establish the conflict between each Petri net net tables and synchronization,identify the main factors affecting directly process efficiency improve;Finally,an effective operation process optimization scheme was proposed for the problems identified,and the effectiveness of the optimization scheme was verified by Tina simulation. |
