| "Made in China 2025" clearly requires "full implementation of green manufacturing" and "Green Manufacturing Engineering".By 2025,the green manufacturing system will be basically established and implemented in key areas such as advanced electronic materials.LED,as a new generation of green lighting products,has been widely promoted and applied because of its advantages such as long use time,high stability,energy saving and environmental protection,convenient regulation and so on.Sapphire substrate,as the most commonly used,mature and stable substrate material in LED industry,is the foundation of LED industry chain.Because sapphire substrate is a kind of hard to process material and has a long process flow,there are many problems in the process of machining and heat treatment,such as high energy consumption,low energy efficiency and low recycling rate of auxiliary materials,which restrict the development of sapphire substrate industry,so it is urgent to optimize the key process technology of sapphire substrate production line.At present,there is no effective research method for carbon emission characteristics of sapphire substrate production line.Therefore,this paper relies on the Ministry of industry and information technology green manufacturing system integration project to carry out the research on carbon flow dynamic model and key process technology optimization of sapphire substrate production line based on hybrid Petri net.Firstly,the process flow of sapphire substrate processing line is introduced,the characteristics of energy flow,material flow and carbon emission in the process of sapphire substrate processing are analyzed,the boundary of carbon flow system of sapphire substrate production line is defined,and the carbon emission calculation model of sapphire substrate production line is established.In addition,according to the definition of ecological efficiency,the carbon efficiency evaluation indexes of sapphire substrate production line are proposed.Secondly,the basic theory of Petri nets is described,and the characteristics of common extended Petri nets are compared.According to the coupling relationship between continuous variables and discrete events in sapphire substrate processing line,a dynamic carbon flow model of sapphire substrate production line based on Hybrid Petri nets is constructed,and the activation enabling rules of each module in the model are defined.Finally,taking the sapphire substrate processing line of a photoelectric company in Chongqing as an example,the key technology of the production line is optimized and transformed,At the same time,the dynamic modeling and simulation of the processing system before and after the process optimization of sapphire substrate production line are carried out based on the hybrid Petri net using the Visual Object Net + + software tool,and the total carbon emission,productivity carbon efficiency and economic benefit carbon efficiency are calculated and analyzed. |
