With the rapid development of market economy and market competition intensified,in the process of enterprise development,land and capital and other factors of production can be obtained through various channels,in order to improve the market competition strength,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the value of talent,how to motivate employees in human resource management is also considered a serious problems in the enterprise development,and in the various incentive measures of human resource management,salary incentive to occupy very important position,so the salary incentive role in the enterprise is becoming more and more be taken seriously,scientific and reasonable compensation plan is particularly important to the long-term development of enterprises,Because a good salary incentive policy can not only make the enterprise maintain its vitality and stabilize its staff,but also maintain its advantage in such a competitive market.However,in the actual operation process,it is difficult for enterprises to formulate appropriate compensation incentive policies based on strategic objectives.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to establish a set of reasonable compensation incentive schemes.This paper takes GYYY company as the research object.Firstly,this paper studies and sorts out the relevant literature on enterprise compensation management.Secondly,the organizational structure and human resource allocation of GYYY company were understood.Through in-depth interview,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,the existing compensation schemes were studied.Five problems were found in the schemes.Second,the compensation scheme is seriously unfair.Third,the salary structure is not scientific;Fourth,the incentive is not obvious;Fifth,the lack of non-economic compensation.Finally in the light of the actual operation situation of GYYY company and the reasons of the problems,combined with the related theoretical basis,design optimization of the new compensation plan,put forward the basic design principles,GYYY company existing posts for the post value evaluation,value to post out salary level,and then through the market pay level survey and combined with the company strategy development ultimately determine the salaries of all the jobs,from the aspects of structural design,pay scales and differential is optimized.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation scheme,the paper also designs the support system ofthe compensation scheme,and optimizes the design from three aspects: the coordination of performance management,effective publicity and communication,and the establishment of the compensation dynamic adjustment mechanism.By optimizing the compensation scheme of GYYY company,it is beneficial for the company to take talents as the center,enhance the sense of identity and cohesion of employees to the enterprise,maximize the performance of employees,and provide some enlightenment for the design of compensation schemes of state-owned enterprises in various industries.
