Design Of Tea Packaging Machine Based On TRIZ

In order to obtain high quality,high technology content and short design cycle of products,companies began to invest a lot of resources for product innovation and development,in order to seize market opportunities.At present most enterprises in product innovation design,often rely on the design experience and traditional design software for product development,some design software can't be effectively dealt with unstructured problems in product design,the lack of a conceptual design master,it is difficult to get satisfactory results.So the theory of innovation design has received the attention from all walks of life,one is application of TRIZ theory in the engineering field.The research object of this paper is the tea packing machine,but the research shows that the current tea packaging form are relatively straightforward,most of them need artificial packaging and the production cost is high and the structure are single.In order to solve this problem the purpose of this paper is to design a tea packing machine and begin from TRIZ theory to analyze the application about the tea packing machine then based on TRIZ theory to solve the problem of engineering design process.Besides,based on TRIZ theory to the design of the tea packing machine to do the following work:(1)To use the general process of TRIZ tools of solving problems to establish the theory model of tea packing machine.to solve the theory model of TRIZ by using some tools providing from TRIZ such as technology conflict ?physical conflict and standard method.(2)Because the tea packaging machine is composed of multiple institutions,in this paper to use the method of functional analysis to decompose the tea packing machine and simplify the theory model of TRIZ.In order to facilitate solving problems also established functional model of the tea packing machine and facilitate it.Besides,using TRIZ tools to solve design problems of the team packing machine.(3)The model of tea packing machine is set up through functional solving and to do more details design.Using the three dimensional modeling software Solidworks finished feature modeling,parametric modeling and assembly modeling,etc.,finally it is concluded that the tea packing machine parts model and three-dimensional model,make the tea packing machine in the design process can easily at any time to modify and adjust the 3 d model.Using this method to reduce the design time and reduces the design cost and to improve the efficiency of packing machine design.The tea packing machine has a certain degree of automation,without human intervention and high working efficiency.It has a good prospect and significance.
